Privacy Policy

The existence of this Privacy Policy Privacy Policyis a real commitment from PT Harian Aceh Indonesia (hether referred to as “HARIANACEH.co.id”) to respect and protect any data or personal information of the User of the site https://www.harianaceh.co.id/, including its derivative sites, as well as the application of the device HARIANACEH.co.id (he further referred to as the “Situs/Aplication”), where this Privacy Policy is not a separate.

This Privacy Policy (along with the terms of use of the Site/Aplan as stated in the “Services and Conditions” and other information listed on the Site/Aplication) regulates the acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, appearance, opening, and/or any form of management related to the data or information that the User provides to HARIANACEH.co.id or that HARIANACEH.co.id collects from the User, including the User’s personal data, eitherSite/Aplication (hessible is referred to as “Data”).

By accessing and/or using the HARIANACEH.co.id service, the User certifies that each Data is the correct and valid Data, and the User gives consent to HARIANACEH.co.id to obtain, collect, store, manage and use such Data as stated in the Privacy Policy as well as the Terms and Conditions of the Site/Aplication.

A. Acquisition and Collection of User Data

HARIANACEH.co.co.id collects Data for the purpose of providing Site/Aplication services, including but not limited to processing User transactions, managing and smoothing the process of using the Site/Aplination, as well as other purposes as long as permitted by applicable laws and regulations. The data collected is as follows:

1. Data submitted independently by the User, including but not limited to the Data submitted at the time of the User:

  1. Create or update a DAIANACEH.co.id account, including but not limited to the name, email address, phone number or mobile phone, password, address, photo, and/or other information;
  2. Uploading User’s personal data in connection with the provision of services on the Site/Aplication, including but not limited to ID photos, gender.
  3. Information about family members, friends, benefices, benefices, authorities, people under the trustee, trustee, guarantor, other assurance providers, and/or other individuals provided by the User;
  4. Contact HARIANACEH.co.id, including but not limited through the User Service;
  5. Fill in a survey submitted by HARIANACEH.co.id or on behalf of HARIANACEH.co.id;
  6. Fill out payment data at the time the User performs payment activities through the Site/Aplication, including but not limited to credit card data, and/or e-wallet/electrone wallets;
  7. Using features that require permission to access the User device; and/or
  8. Other data submitted through third-party services in connection with the use of the Site/Aplication.

2 Data recorded when the User uses the Site/Aplication, including but not limited to:

  1. Real location data or estimates, including but not limited to IP addresses, Wi-Fi locations, geo-locations, and so on;
  2. Data in the form of the time of each User activity, including but not limited to registration activities, login, use of Site/Aplication services, payments, and so on;
  3. User usage or preferences data, including User interaction in using the Site/Aplikasi, the options stored, as well as the settings selected. The data is obtained using, including but not limited to cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers;
  4. Device data, including the type of device used to access the Site/Application, including but not limited to hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, language choices, unique device identifiers, ad identifiers, serial numbers, device movement information, and/or mobile network information, as well as other additional data needed by referring to the user or application access request on the device
    User;
  5. Note data (log), including records on servers that receive Data such as device IP address, date and time of access, application or page features seen, application work processes and other system activities, browser type, and/or third-party sites or services that Users use before interacting with the Site/Aplication; and
  6. Camera access on the User’s device, provided that it is to obtain approval from the User at the time it will first be used through the Site/Aplication and such access only for certain features or services in the Site/Aplication that must use the camera to use the feature or service to the maximum.

3. Data obtained from other sources, including but not limited to:

  1. Business Partners who help HARIANACEH.co.id in developing and presenting services in the Site/Aplication to Users, including but not limited to the partners of the Publication Service provider, payment service provider partners, delivery service provider partners, telecommunications company partners and/or other partners.
  2. Third parties used by the User to create or access the HARIANACEH.co.id account, including but not limited to social media services, or sites or applications that use the HARIANACEH.co.id API or that are used by HARIANACEH.co.id;
  3. Marketing service providers; and/or
  4. General available sources. HARIANACEH.co.id can combine and/or process data obtained from the source
    This is with other data that it has.

B. Data Usage

HARIANACEH.co.id may use the entire or portion of the Data obtained and collected from the User as mentioned in the previous section for the following:

1. Process all forms of requests, submissions, activities or transactions made by Users through the Site/Application.

2 Provision of features to deliver, realize, maintain and/or improve products and services, including but not limited to:

  1. Offer, obtain, provide, or facilitate the services of HARIANACEH.co.id, as well as other products through the Site/Aplication; and/or
  2. Perform internal activities necessary to provide services on the Site/Aplication, including but not limited to solving software problems, bugs, operational problems, performing Data analysis, testing, research, and/or to monitor and analyze the usage and activity trends of the User.

3. Assist the User when communicating using the User’s Services through the Site/Aplication, including:

  1. Checking and addressing the constraints and/or problems of the User;
  2. Directing the User inquiries to the appropriate User Service officer to address the problem; and/or
  3. Supervise and correct User Service responses.

4. Contact the User via email address, mail, telephone, mobile phone, fasmili, and/or other communication lines, including but not limited to assist and/or resolve the payment process as well as the process of solving obstacles and/or problems experienced by the User in using the Site / Application.

5. Using information obtained from the User for research, analysis, development and/or testing purposes to improve the security and convenience of services on the Site/Aplication, as well as develop new features and/or services.

6 Inform Users regarding features, services, promotions, studies, surveys, news, recent developments, events and/or other things, both through the Site/Aplication and through other media. HARIANACEH.co.id may also use such information to promote and process promos, provide rewards, and provide relevant advertisements and content about the services of HARIANACEH.co.id and/or its Business Partners.

7. Monitor or investigate suspicious and/or transactions that are indicated to contain elements of fraud or violation of the applicable statutory Terms and Conditions or regulations, and take necessary measures as a follow-up to the results of monitoring or investigation of such activities, activities, or transactions.

8 HARIANACEH.co.id may use the features provided by third parties in order to improve the services and content of HARIANACEH.co.id, including but not limited to the adjustment and presentation of advertisements to each User based on interest or history of visits. It is necessary to disclose the Data to Business Partners or other third parties that assist HARIANACEH.co.id in presenting services on the Site / Application and processing all forms of User activity in the Site / Application, including but not limited to processing Publication Services, transactions, payment verification, and others.

2 HARIANACEH.co.id may provide relevant information to the Business Partner in accordance with the User’s consent to use the Services of the Business Partner, including but not limited to other applications or sites that have integrated each other’s APIs or services, or Business Partners in which HARIANACEH.co.id have collaborated to deliver promotions, or services that are specialized.

3. HARIANACEH.co.co.id can provide relevant information to Business Partners related to information technology (IT) such as infrastructure services, cloud computing (cloud computing), software, development of “Big Data” analysis and “Machine Learning”, including services to perform “Cleansing Data”, “Data Insight”, “Credit Scoring” and others.

4. There is a need for communication between Business Partners (such as Publication Service partners, delivery partners, payment partners, etc.) with Users in terms of settlement of obstacles and/or companies experienced by Users in using the Site / Application, as well as other things.

5. HARIANACEH.co.co.id may provide relevant information to vendors, legal consultants, financial consultants, external auditors, marketing partners, research firms, similar service providers, and/or other third parties, including but not limited to marketing activities carried out by third parties.

6 Users contact HARIANACEH.co.id through public media such as blogs, social media, and/or certain features on the Site/Aplication, where communication between Users and HARIANACEH.co.id may be seen publicly/publicly.

7. HARIANACEH.co.id may share User information with its subsidiaries and/or affiliates to help provide services or process Data for and on behalf of HARIANACEH.co.id.

8 HARIANACEH.co.id discloses User Data in an effort to comply with legal obligations and/or any valid requests from law enforcement officials and/or authorized government agencies/institutions.

D. Cookies

1. Cookies are small files that will automatically take place in the User’s device that performs the function in storing the preferences and configurations of the User during visiting a site.

2 The User may make the option to accept, reject and/or delete Cookies in the use of the Site (this option may limit the optimal service at the time of access to the Site).

E. Access to Third Party Sites

1. The Site/Aplication may contain links to third-party sites/applications (“Situs/Actions”) and third-party content (“St-Party Content”) that may display the HarIANACEH.co.id logo or brand.

2 HARIANACEH.co.id has no control over the Site/Aplicate of Third Party and/or Third Party Content, therefore, the use of the User on a link or link to the Third Party Site/Aplication and/or Third Party Content is based on the User’s own responsibility.

3. F. User Options and Transparency

1. Mobile devices in general (iOS, Android, and so on) have settings so that the HARIANACEH.co.id application cannot access certain Data without the consent of the User. The mobile device will provide a notification to the User when the HARIANACEH.co.id application first requested access to the Data.

2 The user can access and change the information in the form of an email address, phone number or mobile phone, date of birth, gender, list of addresses, payment methods, and/or credit card numbers through the settings feature on the Site/Aplication.

3. To the extent permitted by applicable provisions, the User may contact HARIANACEH.co.id to make a withdrawal of approval for the acquisition, collection, storage, management and use of the Data. If this happens, the User understands the consequences that the User cannot use the Publication Service or other services contained on the Site/Aplication.

4. HariIANACEH.co.co.id will inform the User in the event of a failure to protect the Data or confidential information of the User by notifying in writing to the User by accompanying the reason or cause of the failure of such protection at the latest within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days since the failure is known.

G. Storage and Delete Information

1. HARIANACEH.co.id will retain information as long as the User’s account remains active.

2 HARIANACEH.co.id will retain Data until the request for the withdrawal of consent or deletion of information on the acquisition, collection, storage, management and use of the Data by the User through the User Service.

3. HARIANACEH.co.id will delement the User account information in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law.

H. Update Privacy Policy

HARIANACEH.co.id may at any time make changes or updates to this Privacy Policy. HARIANACEH.co.co.id recommends that the User read carefully and check this Privacy Policy page from time to time to find out any changes. While still accessing and using the services on the Site/Aplication as well as other HARIANACEH.co.id services, the User is deemed to agree to changes in this Privacy Policy.

I. Others

1. This Privacy Policy is made and governed by the applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia.
2 The title in this Privacy Policy is made only as a reference, and does not specify, restrict, explain or describe what is contained in each of these sections.
3. This Privacy Policy has been created in Bahasa Indonesia, which will be binding on HARIANACEH.co.id and the User.

RECONCITION AND CONCITIONS DAITIONANICEH.co.id

The terms and conditions set out below govern the use of services offered by PT Harian Aceh Indonesia related to the use of the site https://www.harianaceh.co.id/ and/or the application of HARIANACEH.co.id. Users are advised to read carefully because it can have an impact on the rights and obligations of the User under the law.

By registering and/or using the site https://www.harianaceh.co.id/ and/or the HARIANACEH.co.id application, the User is deemed to have read, understood, understood and agreed to all the contents in these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are a form of agreement that is outlined in a valid agreement between PT Harian Aceh Indonesia and the User. If the User does not agree to any, part, or all of the contents of these Terms and Conditions, then the User is not allowed to use the services contained in the website https://www.harianaceh.co.id/ and/or the application HARIANACEH.co.id.

A. DEFINITION

1. PT Harian Aceh Indonesia (hether referred to as “HARIANCEH.co.id”) is a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, which owns and manages a portal or health application site, which provides Publication Services for Users under the name HARIANACEH.co.id.

2 Site/Aplication is a website https://www.harianaceh.co.id/ and all Microsites along with HariANICEH.co.id Android and iOS-based applications that can be accessed through computer devices and/or mobile devices that are officially owned and managed by HARIANACEH.co.id.

3. A microsite is a separate site page or a small section/hered in the Site/Aplikasi that has a different purpose from the Site/Aplication.

4. Android is a Linux-based operating system designed for touch-screen mobile devices, in the form of smartphones (smartphones) and tablet computers.

5. iOS is an operating system designed for touch-screen mobile devices, in the form of iPhone, iMac, iTouch and iPad, which are developed and distributed by Apple Inc.

6 Users are parties who use the Services of the Site / Application, including but not limited to registered or unregistered parties / such as visiting the Site / Application.

7. Publication Services is a health-related service provided by HARIANACEH.co.id and/or Business Partners through the Site/Aplication.

8 Business Partners are third parties who have cooperated with HARIANACEH.co.id and/or appointed by HARIANACEH.co.id to provide services on the Site/Aplication.

9. Data is the User’s personal information obtained, collected, processed, analyzed, displayed, opened and/or any form of management related to the data or information that the User provides to HARIANACEH.co.id or that HARIANACEH.co.id collects from the User, whether at the time the User registers on the Site/Aplication, accessing the Site/Aplication, or using the services on the Site/Aplication.

10. User Service, also referred to as Customer is a feature provided by HARIANACEH.co.id to facilitate the resolution of obstacles / problems experienced by Users in using the Site / Application.

11. The Terms of the Site are the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions that may apply to or in connection with the use of the Site/Aplication and all the features contained there are.

12. The Terms and Conditions are the terms and conditions for using the Site/Aplication.

B. ACTION, PASSWORD AND SECISAL

1. The User is by this stating that the User is a capable person and is able to bind himself in a legal agreement. If it is found that the User is incapiated and unable to bind himself in an agreement, the User understands and agrees to take full responsibility for it, including but not limited to claims, suits, claims and/or other legal remedies from HARIANACEH.co.id, Business Partners, and/or any party, for violations of this provision.

2 HARIANACEH.co.id does not charge a registration fee to the User for account creation on the Site/Aplication.

3. In registering on the Site / Application, the User is required to include:

  1. Name.
  2. Mobile Phone Number.
  3. Electronic/Email (if applicable).

4. The User shall ensure the authenticity of the identity listed at the time of registration and/or creation of an account on the Site/Aplication and release HARIANACEH.co.id from any claims, somasi, demands, lawsuits and/or other legal remedies in connection with the misuse of such information.

5. HARIANACEH.co.id has the authority to close and/or block User accounts, either temporarily or permanently if there is an act of fraud in transacting and/or violation of the Terms of the Site, Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws and/or regulations. The User understands and agrees that DAIANACEH.co.id reserves the right to take any other necessary action in such matters, including but not limited to refusing to submit a new account creation filed by the User who has committed such fraudulent and/or infringement.

6 Users are prohibited from creating and/or using devices, software, features and/or other tools that aim to manipulate the Site/Aplication system, including but not limited to: (i) manipulation of account data; (ii) browsing activities (crawling/scraping); (iii) automation activities in transacting, promotion, etc.; and/or (iv) other activities that can reasonably be assessed as system manipulation actions.

7. The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password for all activities that occur using and/or in the User’s account.

8 HARIANACEH.co.id will not ask for information related to the User’s account, including but not limited to the password or Short Message Service (SMS) code verification or OneTime Password (OTP) code received by the User’s account for any reason, therefore, HARIANACEH.co.id appealed to the User not to provide such information or other important information to parties on behalf of HARIANACEH.co.id or other parties who cannot be guaranteed security.

9. The User agrees to ensure that the User logs out of the account at the end of each session and notifies DAIANACEH.co.id if there is any use without permission with the User’s password or account.

10. The User this states that HARIANACEH.co.id is not responsible for any loss or constraints arising from the misuse of the User’s account and/or misgivings of information from HARIANACEH.co.id resulting from the User’s negligence, including but not limited to lending or giving account access to other parties, accessing links or links provided by other parties, providing or showing OTP codes, passwords or electronic/email letters to other parties, negligence of the User’s health data, or other user’s negligence.

11. The User understands and agrees that the User will use the Site/Apl Application only for the intended purpose to obtain the Publication Service. Users are not allowed to abuse or use the Site/Aplication for activities that are against the law, including but not limited to money laundering, theft, embusing, terrorism and/or fraud. The User also understands and agrees that the User will not cause any inconvenience to others or make a false order through the Site/Aplication.

12. The User understands and agrees that to use the OTP security facility, the relevant telecommunications service provider may at any time charge the User.

C. PUBLICATION SINGLE

1. HARIANACEH.co.id provides Publication Services through the Site/Aplication consisting of:

  1. Articles and News, is an article related to the latest topics written by HARIANACEH.co.id and/or Business Partners and published through the Site/Aplication, and can be read by Users. The user understands that all articles about health displayed are general and are used solely for educating the User. Any part of the article displayed cannot be considered and cannot be used as a substitute for advice. Although various efforts have been made to display the data and/or information as accurately as possible, DAIANACEH.co.id and/or Business Partners are not responsible for any errors and delays in updating data or information, or any losses arising from actions related to the use of articles, data/information and presentation times presented in the Site/Aplikasi;
  2. News Directory, is any information related, including but not limited to understanding, usefulness written by HARIANACEH.co.id and displayed through the Site / Application, and can be read by the User. The user understands that all information displayed is general and is for information. HARIANACEH.co.id is not responsible for any errors and delays in updating data or information, or any loss arising due to actions related to data/information and presentation time presented in the Site/Amples;
  3. Video is an educational service to Users and/or prospective Users by using media in the form of videos made by HARIANACEH.co.id and/or Business Partners who have knowledge in journalistic midwives;

2 In connection with the Publication Service, the following special provisions apply:

  1. Users can contact the Business Partner by method directly when the Business Partner is online or through the method of making a promise at a certain time. The availability of WhatsApp messaging Consulting services and the schedule of Business Partners is a full Business Partner policy;
  2. Business Partners may cancel appointments for a predetermred Publication service, with a period of no later than 45 (fourty-five) minutes before the schedule that has been selected by the User. HARIANACEH.co.id will provide compensation, including but not limited in the form of vouchers worth the amount of fees that the User has paid, which can be used for Publication services with Business Partners at other times / schedules;
  3. If the User is late on the promise that has been made and the Business Partner is present in accordance with the specified time / schedule then the time of publication will be reduced by the time of the User’s delay. In connection with the delay from the User, the User understands and agrees that the time/schedule will be deemed to be met and the fees that the User have paid are non-fund. The time/Schedule of consultation between Users and Business Partners will be automatically terminated by the Business Partner after the time/schedule of the consultation has been completed;
  4. If the User is not present at the specified consultation time/schedulment until the end of the consultation time/schedulment and or the User cancels past the cancellation time as described in paragraph c above, then the User understands and agrees that automatically the time/schedule of the consultation will be deemed to be met and the fee that the User has paid is non-fund. The time/Schedule of consultation between Users and Business Partners will be automatically terminated by the system or Business Partner after the time / consultation schedule has been completed; and
  5. If the Business Partner is not present at the specified consultation time/schedule within a period of no later than 5 (five) minutes after the specified schedule, then the User can terminate the consultation and agree that the time / consultation schedule will automatically be void, and the User can report through the User Service so that HARIANACEH.co.id can provide compensation, including but not limited in the form of vouchers worth the amount of fees that the User has paid, which can be used for Video Call Consultation services with other Business Partners.

3. HARIANACEH.co.id will strive for Business Partners in providing Publication Services to provide responses. However, the User understands and agrees that the Site/Aplication cannot be used as an absolute reference, and HARIANACEH.co.id does not advise Users to use the Site/Apliable Truth. Therefore, the reliance on the information provided through the Site/Apliation is the responsibility and risk of the User himself.

4. The User understands and agrees that the Publication Service does not replace the examination and/or treatment with the Business Partner in general or face-to-face directly. Therefore, the reliance on the information provided through the Site/Application is the responsibility and risk of the User himself.

5. HARIANACEH.co.id is not in a position to advise Users in choosing the Publication Service to serve/meaquire the needs of Users that can be accessed through the Site/Aplication.

6 Internet connection is required to be able to use the Publication Service. Therefore, any costs incurred on the connection of the User’s electronic device with the Internet network are the sole responsibility of the User and the User releases the costs incurred, including but not limited to liability, claims, claims, lawsuits, and/or other legal remedies in connection with the incurred costs.

D. PASSING TRANSSITION

1. HARIANACEH.co.id works with Business Partners to provide payment methods through the Site/Aplication that can be selected by Users in making payments for the use of Publication Services, where the paid Publication Services for currently consist of Premium Live Chat and Drug Purchases.

2 Payment methods provided through the Site/Aplication, including but are not limited to:

  1. Cash on Delivery
  2. eMoney (Dana, OVO, Gopay, ShopeePay)
  3. QRIS
  4. Virtual Account

3. If there are any obstacles in the payment process for the transaction of using the Publication Service, then the User can contact the User Service so that the obstacle can be continued by HARIANACEH.co.id to the Business Partner, which does not rule out the possibility for the User to contact the Business Partner directly if it experiences difficulties in the payment process.

4. The User understands and agrees that the User releases HARIANACEH.co.id and/or Business Partners that provide payment methods through the Site/Aplication if the User experiences any loss for errors and/or negligence incurred in connection with payment through the Site/Aplication, including but not limited to providing information on credit cards used as payment methods and/or providing OTP codes received by Users from the issuing bank to any party.

5. In connection with the use of the payment method in point 2 letter a above, HARIANACEH.co.id will make a refund that has been paid by the User on the Publication Service in the form of Drug Purchase if there are constraints on the Purchase of Drugs by first conducting an examination of these constraints internally. If the obstacle is proven not to be caused by the User, it will be refunded with a period of return in accordance with the internal policy of HARIANACEH.co.id, which is no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days taking into account the security and confidentiality aspects of the User and HARIANACEH.co.id.

6 The Business Partner has separate terms and conditions from these Terms and Conditions in connection with the payment method, therefore, the User is advised to read the terms and conditions of the Business Partner from time to time. By sticking to the payment method, the User understands and agrees to the terms and conditions of the Business Partner regarding the payment method.

7. HARIANACEH.co.id is not in a position to advise Users in choosing Business Partners in making payment transactions through the Site/Aplication.

E. RESURGENCING FINGERS

  1. If you have a complaint about the transaction process or delivery of drugs / products, then you can click the Help button on the Transaction Details page. The system will direct you on the Report Problems page, the complaint that is filed will automatically be sent to the Customer Service email HARIANACEH.co.id.

F. ENTRY AND DELECTION

  1. Packaging of Products purchased through the Site / Application by the User will be carried out by the Business Partner, therefore, the Business Partner is responsible for the security and quality of packaging provided. HARIANACEH.co.id is not responsible for the safety and quality of packaging carried out by the Business Partner.
  2. HARIANACEH.co.id provides delivery services on the Site/Aplication, where the delivery service is provided by the Business Partner.
  3. If there are constraints in connection with the delivery service, including but not limited to the damage to the Product and/or delay in delivery, then the constraint is the sole responsibility of the Business Partner and HARIAICEH.co.id is released from responsibilities, claims, claims, lawsuits, and/or other legal efforts in connection with the constraints of the delivery service experienced by the User.
  4. The Business Partner has separate terms and conditions from these Terms and Conditions in connection with the delivery service, therefore, the User is advised to read the terms and conditions of the Business Partner from time to time. By continuing to use the delivery service, the User understands and agrees to the terms and conditions of the Business Partner regarding the delivery service.
  5. HARIANACEH.co.id is not in a position to advise Users in choosing Business Partners in conducting packaging and delivery through the Site/Apliplication.

G. USALT SINGLE

  1. The User may use the User’s Services if they are in trouble and/or any issues in the use of the Publication Service and/or the Site/Aplication or if they wish to file a termination of the use of the Publication Services and/or the Site/Apps.
  2. By using the User Service, the User is expected to have prepared supporting documents related to the constraints and/or problems faced in the use of the Publication Service and/or the Site/Aplication.
  3. The User understands and agrees that HARIANACEH.co.id takes time to resolve the constraints and/or problems faced by the User regarding the use of the Publication Service and/Or the Site/Aplication. Therefore, the User will release HARIANACEH.co.id from any claims, somasi, demands, lawsuits, and/or other legal remedies in connection with the examination in advance by HARIANACEH.co.id for these constraints and/or problems.
  4. HARIANACEH.co.id is authorized to provide decisions based on supporting documents provided by the User and documents or information owned by HARIANACEH.co.id related to the constraints and / or problems experienced by the User.
  5. In informing the decision on the constraints and/or problems faced by the User, then HARIANACEH.co.id will inform Users through HARIANACEH.co.id Customer Care 0800-1200-888, via WhatsApp with the number 0811-800-629 (Operation time: Monday – Friday, Pk. 08:00 – 16:30 WIB and Saturday, Pk. 08:00 – 12:00 WIB), or email/email at cs@HARIANACEH.co.id.com (24 hours). If within a period of 3 (three) calendar days from the first time contacted by HARIANACEH.co.id, the User does not provide a response or response, then the User hereby understands and agrees that the User is deemed to agree with the decision given by HARIANACEH.co.id and on that subject, the User releases HARIANACEH.co.id from any claims, somasi, lawsuits, demands, and/or other legal remedies.

H. PROMO

  1. HARIANACEH.co.id at any time can provide promo programs to Users, including but not limited to discount coupons for purchase transactions with a certain nominal amount or discount in using the services provided by Business Partners. If in certain conditions the promo cannot be used because the ordered product is not available, either partially or completely, or the Publication Service is not available, then HARIANACEH.co.id will provide replacement promos to Users that can be used on the next transaction or when using the Publication Service at a later time.
  2. HARIANACEH.co.id reserves the right, without prior notice, cancels the use of the promo by the User if there is any indication of fraud or violation committed by the User of the Site Terms, Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws and/or regulations. For the cancellation, then HARIANACEH.co.id will not provide compensation in any form and HARIANACEH.co.id is released from any claims, somasi, demands, lawsuits and/or other legal remedies for violations of these Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws and regulations.

I. INTELLECT CALLS

  1. Intellectual property rights in and to the Site/Acplications, including but not limited to the logo, brand, software, and/or material contained in the Site/Aplication, constitutes wholly owned, licensed, or controlled by HARIANACEH.co.id or the rightful owner of intellectual property rights (as relevant) (called “Intellectual Property Rights”).
  2. Parts or parts of the Site/Application should not be reproduced, reverse engineered (reverse engineer), decompiled, brained, separated, changed, distributed, republished, displayed, broadcast, on-planalysed (hyperlink), copied (mirror), framed (framing), transferred, or transmitted by any means or method or stored in an information recovery system or installed on any server, system, or device. Permission to use Intellectual Property Rights will only be granted to the User to download, print, and/or use the Site/Apps for personal and noncommercial use, under the conditions that the User does not change Intellectual Property Rights and that HARIANACEH.co.id or the rightful owner of Intellectual Property Rights remains to hold and/or as the rightful owner of Intellectual Property Rights.
  3. Any part of the Site/Aplication does not state that Intellectual Property Rights is transferred to any party, without the written consent of HARIANACEH.co.id or the legal owner of the Intellectual Property Rights.
  4. The User grants the HARIANACEH.co.id a nonexclusive license to use the material or information that the User listed or submits through the Site/Aplikasi and/or provides to HARIANACEH.co.id through other means, including but not limited to questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions. When publishing comments or reviews on the Site/Aplication, Users also provide DAIANACEH.co.id the right to use the Username in connection with reviews, comments, and/or other content. Users should not use fake email/email addresses, pretend to be anyone other than themselves, or mislead HARIANACEH.co.id, Business Partners, or any party regarding any information that the User provides.

J. REJECTION OF GUANCING AND REGISDS LEMUS OF RESCHOLA

  1. Site/Aplication is a web portal provided by HARIANACEH.co.id to provide Publication Services to Users, including transacting through the Site/Aplication. Therefore, any Publication Services provided by the Business Partner shall be the sole responsibility of the Business Partner and HARIANACEH.co.id does not employ Business Partners and is not responsible for any actions and/or negligence of the Business Partner so that the User understands that the limitation of HARIANACEH.co.id responsibility is proportionally as a web portal service provider.
  2. HARIANACEH.co.id always strives to keep the Site/Aplikasi safe, convenient, and functioning properly, but HARIANACEH.co.id cannot guarantee continuous operation or access to the Site/Aplia can always be perfect. In addition, the information and/or data contained in the Site/Apl for Apps may not occur in real time.
  3. The User understands and agrees that the User utilizes the Site/Apl Application on the User’s own risk, and the Site/Aplikasi is provided to the User in a “as is” and is “as is available”.
  4. As far as permitted by applicable laws and regulations, HARIANACEH.co.id (including its parent, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, and/or employees) is irresponsible, and the User understands and agrees not to use legal efforts, including but is not limited to suing, suing, and/or other legal remedies, against HARIANICEH.co.id for any damage or loss (including but not limited to the loss of money, reputation, or other losses)
  1. Use or inability of the User to use the Site/Apl Application.
  2. Other information or instructions available on the Site/Apl for the Site/Aplication.
  3. Delays or interrupts in the Site/Aplication.
  4. Negligation and/or loss incurred by each User.
  5. Product Delivery.
  6. Violations of Intellectual Property Rights.
  7. Disputes between Users and Business Partners.
  8. Defnamed other parties.
  9. Any misuse of the Products that have been purchased by the User.
  10. Loss due to unofficial payments to other parties other than to the Official Account of HARIANACEH.co.id, which in any way in the name of HARIANACEH.co.id or negligence of the writing of accounts and/or other information and/or negligence of the bank.
  11. Shipping for repair/change of products that are officially guaranteed from the manufacturer.
  12. Virus or other malicious software (bot, script, automation tool, hacking tool) obtained by accessing, or connecting to the Site/Aplication.
  13. Any bugs, bugs, errors or inaccuracies in the Site/Aplication.
  14. Damage to the User’s hardware from the use of the Site/Aplication.
  15. The contents, actions, or absence of actions from third parties, including related to the Products that are in the Site/Aplicats allegedly fake.
  16. Enforce enforcement is taken in connection with the User’s account.
  17. The existence of hacking actions carried out by third parties to the User account.
  18. Publication Services provided or performed by Business Partners; and
  19. The quality of the device used by the User in accessing and/or using the Application Site, including the Publication Service.

K. RELEADING RISIK

The User understands and agrees if the User has a dispute with one or more Business Partners, then the User releases HARIANACEH.co.id (including the parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, director, and employee) of claims, claims, lawsuits and/or other legal remedies for damages and losses (actual and implied) of any type and nature, known and unknown, arising from or in any way relating to such disputes, including but not limited to other losses arising from the purchase of the Company. Therefore, the User deliberately dies of all legal protections (which is contained in other laws or regulations) that will limit the scope of these terms of release.

L. RETRODUE OF LICE DISCRAPEMENT

1. The User understands and agrees to protect and waigate HARIANACEH.co.id and provides compensation to HARIANACEH.co.id (if any) from and against all claims, somasi, demands, lawsuits, and/or other legal remedies, including but not limited to costs, damages, losses, responsibilities, and expenses (including attorney’s costs) of any consequences or related:

  1. the use of the Publication Service, User transactions with Business Partners, third party providers, partners, advertisers, and/or sponsors;
  2. infringement committed by the User for any provisions in the Terms of the Site, these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations;
  3. the User’s violation of the rights of any party, including but not limited to the Business Partners providing the Publication Services through the Site/Aplication; or
  4. Use or misuse of the Site/Aplication by the User.

2 This liability for protection and indeviciation will remain in force after the use of the Publication Services and/or the Site/Apliction by the User has expired.

M. LEARMS AND RESSOCIATION SELECTIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions are made and governed by the applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia.
  2. Any disputes or disagreements arising from the implementation of these Terms and Conditions, including but are not limited to violations of the provisions of the Site, these Terms and Conditions, and/or applicable laws and regulations, shall be discussed and resolved by the HARIANACEH.co.id and the User in deliberation for consensus, and if deliberation for consensus remains unfins, then HARIANACEH.co.id and the User agrees to the law.

N. DATA OF THE USA

  1. The User this states that it provides Data and/or other information through the Site/Application consciously and without coercion from HARIANACEH.co.id or any party.
  2. By providing assortment Data and/or other information through the Site/Apl Application, the User understands and agrees to the Privacy Policy applicable in the use of the Site/Aplication, where the Privacy Policy may be read on this page.

O. SINGLE-SECTION

  1. Users may at any time terminate the use of the Site/Application, including requesting an account and Data deleted to HARIANACEH.co.id by contacting HARIANACEH.co.id through the User Service.
  2. HARIANACEH.co.co.id reserves the right at any time to immediately suspend, restrict, and/or terminate the use of the Site/Apliation by the User if it is based on an assessment from HARIANACEH.co.id that the User has violated the provisions of the Site, these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations.
  3. HARIANACEH.co.id and the User understands and agrees to set aside the provisions in Article 1266 and Article 1267 of the Civil Code in connection with the termination of the use of the Site/Aplication.

P. CHANGING ESSENTS AND CONCIPATION

The Terms and Conditions may be changed and/or updated from time to time, therefore, HARIANACEH.co.id advises Users to carefully check and read these Terms and Conditions from time to time to determine such changes and/or renewals. By continuing to access the Site/Aplication, the User is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including changes and/or renewals.

Q. OLD

  1. The title in these Terms and Conditions is made only as a reference, and does not specify, restrict, explain or describe what is contained in each of these parts.
  2. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is considered illegal, invalid, or inviable, in whole or in part, based on a court ruling of permanent legal force (inkracht) and/or applicable laws and/or statutory regulations, then the terms or parts of such provisions shall be deemed to be not part of these Terms and Conditions, but the legality, validity, and enforceability of other provisions in these Terms and Conditions shall remain in force and binding on HARIANA.
  3. These Terms and Conditions have been made in Bahasa Indonesia that binds HARIANACEH.co.id and Users.
